How It Works

Apply & Set Up
confirm your state’s eligibility and requirements; submit the KSCORE interest form; watch for your enrollment email; create your learning-portal login; choose a study track (Standard, Sprint, or Evenings/Weekends); complete a 15–20 minute kickoff with a PC coach to set your target exam window and weekly study hours.

Learn & Prep
work through modules and unit quizzes on a weekly milestone plan; attend optional weekly study halls for Q&A; use analytics to target weak areas; take multiple timed practice exams and (if required in your state) pass the school final so you’re truly exam-ready.

Test, License & Launch
schedule the state exam and complete fingerprints/background check and forms/fees; after you pass, choose your brokerage (no obligation to join KW), activate your license (board/MLS, eKey, E&O, Command logins, direct deposit/W-9, orientation), then begin PC onboarding (30-60-90), join Scripts & Roleplay (Tue/Thu) and Friday Contract Deep-Dives to ramp fast. Typical timelines: Standard 6–8 weeks; Sprint 3–4; Evenings/Weekends 8–12 (varies by state).
